Sometimes it just helps to talk to someone who understands so don’t be afraid to reach out for free advice and support from LLTF or any of the organisations listed below.

Many of the team at Life’s Little Treasures Foundation have had a premature or sick baby so we will be best placed to help you at certain times.

At other times you might like to talk to a nurse, counsellor or another expert. There are so many free help lines for parents and carers to help you on this journey.

You can access their counselling and information to support mental health and wellbeing, informed by evidence-informed mental healthcare practice, and the expertise of people with a lived experience via online or via phone.
